Project Overview
The City of Wasilla’s current Comprehensive Plan was adopted by the Wasilla City Council in June 2011 (Ord. 11-11), and since then the community has seen significant growth and development. An updated Comprehensive Plan is necessary to establish a current vision, goals, and objectives for the City, and should contain a robust implementation plan which clearly articulates specific, actionable steps the City can take to achieve the plan vision and goals.
